At fusion health studio all of our personal trainers are involved in the CHEK program.

The human body is a walking puzzle with many movable parts that are all interrelated in proper human function. The majority of people will have some kind of dysfunction regardless of their athletic potential and conditioning. One common link we see at the studio is poor posture and poor postural habits. Poor posture changes the alignment of the spine which will cause symptoms such as back pain, neck pain and many other muscle imbalances through the body.

At Fusion health studio our CHEK practitioners give a proper head to toe assessment of the client using a plumb line, photos and length tension measurements, with these special tests our CHEK practitioners get accurate information to evaluate and to design a specific program to the client’s needs. These tests are important for results in the client compliance and measurable improvements.

Many people who seek out CHEK practitioners range from professional athletes to complicated rehabilitation cases of the spine such as lower back disk herniations, cervical injuries, post and pre knee and hip replacements. We live in an age of information so many clients are much more informed and are interested in paying top dollar for value added service with better than average results.
