 Kelsey’s  passion  for  health  and  wellness  stems  from  being  brought  up  in  a  household  where  there  were  minimal  processed  and  packaged  foods,  and  ample  amounts  of  fresh  fruits  and  veggies.  Being  active  and  always  outdoors  was  second  nature  and  with  that  sparked  a  passion  for  the  necessity  to  always  live  an  overall  balanced  lifestyle.
 
Kelsey was mentored by MD’s, Naturopaths, Functional Medicine Practitioners and Holistic Nutritionists during her 2.5 years spent studying at the Institute of Holistic Nutrition. She left feeling confident that she could help people feel better with a more sustainable way of thinking and living.

When  working  with  Kelsey  you  will  fill  out  a  detailed  assessment  and  intake  form  that  will  give  her  a  look  into  your  symptoms  before  she  meets  with  you  for  an  in-depth  1.5-hour  consultation  where  she  will  look  and  ask  questions  about  your  overall  lifestyle.  She  will  give  you  insight  into  what  the  next  4-8  weeks  of  this  program  looks  like  and  why  she’s  put  it  together,  unique  for  your  body.  From  there  she  will  put  together  an  appropriate  protocol  with  the  potential  of  light  supplementation  and  begin  to  work  on  your  ailments/  goals  together  alongside  a  detailed  meal  plan  with  recipes  and  portions  for  easy  replication.
